1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SoloAttorneyWebDesign, a division of Infodots Digital, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
SoloAttorneyWebDesign provides professional website design and development services specifically tailored for solo attorneys and small law practices. Our services include:
- Custom website design and development (up to 6 pages)
- Content creation and copywriting
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- AI Search Optimization (AEO)
- Domain registration (first year)
- Web hosting (first year)
- Professional email setup
- Legal compliance pages (Terms, Privacy Policy)
3. Pricing and Payment
Our website design package is offered at a one-time fee of $1,799 USD. This price includes all services listed above.
Payment Terms
- 1.100% Upfront Payment Required: Full payment is required to book your slot and commence work on your project.
- 2.Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and ACH payments via Stripe.
- 3.Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
There are no hidden fees, monthly charges, or recurring payments required for the initial service package. After the first year, optional renewal fees may apply for domain registration and web hosting if you choose to continue using our recommended services.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds Once Work Has Commenced
Due to the custom nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources upon booking, all payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced. Project commencement begins immediately upon payment confirmation and initial consultation scheduling.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We strongly encourage you to review all terms and ask any questions before proceeding with your order.

5. Code Ownership
Upon full payment and delivery of your website, you receive 100% ownership of all custom code, design files, and content created specifically for your project. You are free to:
- Modify the website code as you see fit
- Host the website on any platform of your choice
- Hire any developer to make changes
- Transfer or sell the website
6. Project Timeline
We aim to deliver completed websites within 7-10 business days from the date of initial consultation. This timeline may vary based on:
- Complexity of requested features
- Timeliness of client feedback and approvals
- Availability of required content and materials from the client
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their practice and services
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on design drafts within 5 business days
- Ensure all provided content is accurate and legally compliant
8. Revisions Policy
Our package includes reasonable revisions during the design and development phase. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to achieve the desired result. Major scope changes or additions beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoloAttorneyWebDesign and Infodots Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
10. Intellectual Property
While you own the custom code and content created for your website, SoloAttorneyWebDesign retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
